Thank you for shopping with Scents Of The Wild LLC. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are handmade and some are personal-care items, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. General Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.

• You must provide proof of purchase or your order information.

• The return must be requested within 30 days of the date the order was delivered.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or their handmade nature, as described below.

2. Personal-Care Products

For health and hygiene reasons, soaps, chapsticks, bath salts, and other personal-care products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

If you receive a personal-care product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Resin Figures, Jewelry, and Home Décor

Unused resin figures, jewelry, and home-decoration items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Because many of our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, shape, finish, or other characteristics may occur. These variations are a normal part of handmade products and generally are not considered defects.

4. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• A description of the damage

• Clear photographs of the damaged item

• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the information and determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an item that you did not order or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Custom or Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or substantially different from what was ordered.

7. Sale and Clearance Items

9. How to Request a Return

• Item(s) you would like to return

• Photographs, when applicable

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions when a return is approved.

10. Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return at our expense, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another circumstance where a refund of shipping is required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Scents Of The Wild LLC cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it.

13. Orders Purchased Through Etsy or Shopify

If you purchase a Scents Of The Wild LLC product through Etsy or Shopify, additional platform-specific policies may apply.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, disputes, or other transaction issues may also be subject to the applicable platform's rules and procedures.

For orders placed through Etsy or Shopify, please provide your order number and indicate which platform was used when contacting us.

14. Order Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped or entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom or made-to-order products may have additional cancellation restrictions.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be reshipped.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Because many of our products are handmade, some orders may require additional preparation time.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or larger orders may require additional processing time. If an order is expected to take significantly longer than our standard processing time, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate that with you.

15. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
