Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 14, 2026
Thank you for shopping with Scents Of The Wild LLC. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are handmade and some are personal-care items, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. General Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.
You must provide proof of purchase or your order information.
The return must be requested within 30 days of the date the order was delivered.
Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or their handmade nature, as described below.
2. Personal-Care Products
For health and hygiene reasons, soaps, chapsticks, bath salts, and other personal-care products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
If you receive a personal-care product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Resin Figures, Jewelry, and Home Décor
Unused resin figures, jewelry, and home-decoration items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Because many of our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, shape, finish, or other characteristics may occur. These variations are a normal part of handmade products and generally are not considered defects.
4. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
We will review the information and determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an item that you did not order or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with you to correct the issue.
6. Custom or Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or substantially different from what was ordered.
Please carefully review custom-order details before completing your purchase.
7. Sale and Clearance Items
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, sale, clearance, or promotional items may be final sale and may not be eligible for return or refund.
Any special return conditions will be disclosed on the applicable product listing or at checkout.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Used or opened personal-care products
Used soaps, chapsticks, or bath salts
Custom or personalized products
Gift cards, if offered
Final-sale or clearance items identified as such at the time of purchase
Items returned after the applicable return period
Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
9. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact Scents Of The Wild LLC using the contact information provided on our website.
Please include:
Your name
Order number
Date of purchase
Item(s) you would like to return
Reason for the return
Photographs, when applicable
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions when a return is approved.
10. Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return at our expense, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another circumstance where a refund of shipping is required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Scents Of The Wild LLC cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
11. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it.
12. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may instead offer a refund or another appropriate resolution.
13. Orders Purchased Through Etsy or Shopify
If you purchase a Scents Of The Wild LLC product through Etsy or Shopify, additional platform-specific policies may apply.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, disputes, or other transaction issues may also be subject to the applicable platform's rules and procedures.
For orders placed through Etsy or Shopify, please provide your order number and indicate which platform was used when contacting us.
14. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped or entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom or made-to-order products may have additional cancellation restrictions.
15. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be reshipped.
If the customer does not wish to have the order reshipped, any refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
16. Questions About Returns
If you have questions about a return, refund, exchange, or damaged order, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed through our website and our online stores.
1. Where We Ship
Scents Of The Wild LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Because many of our products are handmade, some orders may require additional preparation time.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or larger orders may require additional processing time. If an order is expected to take significantly longer than our standard processing time, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate that with you.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
3. Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Holidays
Carrier volume
Transportation delays
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Scents Of The Wild LLC
4. Shipping Carriers
We may use shipping carriers and services selected by us or made available through our website or sales platforms.
Depending on the order, carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available delivery services.
The carrier used may vary based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method of your order.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.
Shipping costs may vary depending on:
Order size and weight
Destination
Shipping method
Current carrier rates
Promotional or free-shipping offers
If a free-shipping promotion is offered, its specific terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after your order has shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Once tracking information has been provided, customers can use the carrier's tracking system to monitor delivery progress.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the package be reshipped.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.
If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow the carrier an appropriate amount of time to complete delivery.
If a package appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can help determine the appropriate next steps and, when possible, assist with contacting or filing a claim with the carrier.
We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
9. Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
Checking around your property and any designated delivery locations.
Checking with household members or neighbors.
Checking whether the carrier left the package in a safe location.
Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Contacting Scents Of The Wild if the package still cannot be located.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
10. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when it arrives.
If your order or products arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable
We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
11. Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing from your order or you receive an item you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
We will work with you to correct the problem.
12. Multiple Items in an Order
Depending on product availability, size, weight, or fulfillment requirements, an order may occasionally be shipped in more than one package.
If your order is shipped separately, tracking information may be provided for each package when available.
13. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time before shipment.
The estimated processing time for these products will be communicated in the applicable product listing or during the ordering process when possible.
14. Orders Placed Through Etsy or Shopify
Scents Of The Wild LLC also sells products through Etsy and Shopify.
Orders placed through those platforms may be subject to additional shipping procedures, delivery estimates, and policies established by the applicable platform and shipping provider.
If you have a question about an Etsy or Shopify order, please provide your order information and indicate which platform you used when contacting us.
15. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because delivery could not be completed, additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be shipped again.
Any refund for a returned package will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
